Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at info@velorunning.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll confirm the shipping instructions and address.

Important: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You will need to ship the item back to our return address using a carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service so you can confirm delivery. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases the return is on us — we'll cover the shipping after evaluating the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:
• Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return what you have for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return package arrives at our address, we inspect every item to make sure it meets the return conditions. After inspection is complete, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The 10-day window starts from the day the package is received and inspected at our address, not from when the return was approved.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
